Tommy was extremely helpful and attendant to what we wanted. After contacting us, he quickly put together a collection of flats for us to look at and it really felt that he had listened to us instead of just showing what flats he had available. During all the actual showings, Tommy was delightful and answered all of our questions. He was prompt in preparing all of the utilities, etc afterward when we had selected an apartment. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a flat in Hong Kong.

Listened to my requests and came up with out of the box solutions. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and it was a difficult request. He was also very responsive to all my inquiries, made himself available for questions, and was very knowledgable about the markets. Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! Her knowledge of the area is supreme and she also saved us valuable time by already knowing places extremely well or viewing them ahead of time and providing valuable feedback.
